There is always the desire in a human being’s psyche to transmit information that one has, but has been unable to share. And if you are a lawyer, the desire to either speak or write turns a lot larger than expected.
Since lawyers are incapable of BS (yeah right!!), I have decided to open up this forum where I will be able to share these experiences, and provide opinions and stances on business and legal issues that are affecting our daily lives, either in my native Puerto Rico, or our ‘nation’, the United States of America. The term nation is in quotation for a reason, stick around and you will find the intricacies of our island and the way of life we lead.
